Hello and Welcome

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. What follows is a glimpse into the experiences that have shaped me—and why supporting others through change feels so meaningful to me.

I’ve learned to meet life’s transitions not just with strength, but with softness.

Not just to survive them—but to be shaped by them in the best possible way.

My Story

In my twenties, I met my husband—someone who, like me, carried a deep sense of adventure. Together, we shared a wanderlust for travel, a curiosity for new cultures, and experiences. My husband's job would take us to many wonderful corners of the world.

Each time we moved—whether it was to the sun-drenched streets of Tripoli, the bustling rhythm of Tehran, the intricate cultural mosaics of Kazakhstan, or the vibrant energy of London—I had to begin again. New language, new customs, new faces, new routines. At times it felt like standing in the middle of a storm, unsure of where the ground was. And yet, over and over, I rebuilt a sense of belonging from the ground up. Each move—each new beginning—was both a challenge and a gift. A chance to let go of old expectations and discover something new about myself.

Instead of resisting change, I began to see it as an invitation.

I discovered that change doesn’t have to knock you off balance. It can become your teacher, your mirror, your path toward something more meaningful.

I stopped searching for a perfect plan and instead trusted myself to create beauty in the unknown. I became the one who quietly found the school, the doctor, the market, the friend. The one who lit a candle and made dinner in a new kitchen and slowly, gently, turned unfamiliar spaces into home.

“Change doesn’t erase who you are
it reveals you more fully. It doesn’t take your identity away. It brings you closer to it.”

I became the North Star for my family, the quiet anchor , the one who made each new city feel like home.

The one who knew how to calm the chaos, establish new routines and create connections where there was none. The one who held space for others while nurturing herself, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I learned how to stay rooted, even when everything around me was shifting. Not by clinging, but by softening. By opening to what was possible instead of mourning what was lost. I found strength not in certainty, but in my willingness to adapt—with kindness toward myself and deep compassion for those around me. By trusting. By letting each place, each experience, leave its mark while helping me grow.

With every transition, I peeled away layers of who I thought I “should” be, and discovered more of who I really am. The curious young woman who always loved exploring new cultures. The mother learning how to raise and support her children through cultural and educational transitions. The woman creating meaning, friendships, and joy in places that had once felt intimidating or distant.

Through joy and loneliness, laughter and uncertainty, I found my way. And what I’ve learned is this:

You don’t need to be fearless to move forward.
You just need to be honest, supported, and willing to take one step at a time.

This is what I offer in my coaching:

A safe space to slow down.
A warm presence that listens deeply.
Guidance from someone who’s walked the winding path of change and knows what it’s like to lose your footing—and then find it again, stronger and steadier than before.
I’m an Association for Coaching (AC) associate and follow their path.

My life didn’t just lead me to coaching.
It shaped me into a coach.

And now, nothing brings me more fulfillment than sitting beside someone—virtually or in person—and helping them reconnect with who they truly are. You already carry everything you need. Let’s uncover it together.
